Meet The Team

Steele Anderson

Founder & CEO

Steele has 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations. He has lead rev ops teams through acquisitions at two companies, managed rev ops teams on three continents, and was named top 5 Sales Ops leader in the country in 2020 by Bravado. After studying computer science in college and spending his early career in Sales Leadership, he has developed a passion for the Revenue Operations business function.

Steele is certified in Salesforce, Lead Docket, Outlaw, Zapier, and Five9. He has created and managed integrations with Salesforce, Hubspot, Intercom, Zen Desk, Slack, Ring Central, Five9, Zoho, Outlaw, Filevine, and many more.

In his spare time, Steele enjoys researching new technologies, golfing, and spending time with his wife and dog.

Jason Vanover

CTO

Jason has 20+ years of experience in business and revenue operations; evaluating, configuring, and developing business systems with an emphasis on system integrations and process automations. He is a skilled problem solver and practiced troubleshooter.

Jason holds many platform certifications with systems such as Salesforce, Five9, Zapier, Outlaw, Oracle Service Cloud, and many others. He has almost a decade worth of experience working directly with Salesforce as a consultant, administrator, developer, and Architect.

In addition to his extensive implementation experience he is proficient with many coding languages including C#, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, C++, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Visual Basic.

Jason is an Army Veteran and holds a Bachelor degree in Business and Marketing. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, and exploring nature with his wife and three children.

Brandon Harrison

Automations Manager

Brandon is an accomplished Automation Specialist with over 2 years of experience in API Support. His expertise in automation has been a key component in streamlining operations and increasing efficiency within his team.

Brandon's passion for technology and innovation has led him to become an expert in developing custom automation workflows that support the unique needs of his clients. His exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box have established him as a go-to resource for his colleagues and clients.

Brandon is also known for his dedication to sharing knowledge and mentoring others. He played a pivotal role in training his team to become proficient in automation. He believes in the power of collaboration and strives to create a positive work environment that fosters growth and success.

Brandon enjoys the outdoors, in his spare time he is likely hanging out with his family at the park or hiking with his dog
